An individual believed to be an operative for the notorious Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) was apprehended, preventing what could have been another tragic ordeal for our military bases.
Operating with precision and dedication, these brave soldiers displayed exemplary intelligence and foresight, intercepting the ISWAP agent before any harm could be inflicted. The suspect had targeted two key military formations, but thanks to the vigilance of our forces, this plan was thwarted.
