The traditional ruler of Ode-Oriya community in Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State, Chief Adeniyi Adelana, who holds the revered title of Oloriya (Baale) of Ode-Oriya Owo, has been released by his abductors.

The 60-year-old monarch regained his freedom after spending days in captivity, bringing relief to his family, community members, and the entire Owo Local Government Area.

While the circumstances surrounding Chief Adelana’s release remain unclear at the time of this report, sources close to the community confirmed that the traditional ruler has been reunited with his family.
