The whole wahala started after Governor Makinde made some comments on Monday concerning the very serious issue of kidnappings that have been happening in Oyo State. While trying to address the situation, the Governor’s statement apparently did not sit well with some people.
You know how e dey be, man-like Joe Igbokwe, who no dey waste time to speak his mind, quickly rushed to his social media page to fire back.
According to Igbokwe, Governor Makinde’s statement was a huge embarrassment. He basically said that for a governor, a Chief Security Officer of a state, to make such remarks in the face of serious security challenges is not a good look at all.
In a post that has since gone viral, the APC chieftain wrote that Governor Makinde had “embarrassed himself” with his comments.
