Why the Police Don Vex?

According to the police, this isn’t just about fashion or trying to form “big man”. They are taking this matter seriously because criminals, especially kidnappers and “one-chance” operators, often use vehicles without number plates to carry out their evil plans. This makes it difficult to trace them after they have committed a crime.

So, for the safety and security of everybody in the state, the police have decided to tackle this issue head-on. The people arrested were caught doing the following:

* Driving vehicles with no registration number at all.
* Covering their number plates.
* Using tinted or plastic covers to make the plate unreadable.

But wait oo, the story gets more interesting. As the police were carrying out this operation, it seems they stumbled on something bigger than just number plate violations.

During the stop-and-search, the police recovered a pistol. Yes, you heard that right, a whole firearm! This just goes to show that the police were right all along. Sometimes, the person hiding their number plate is also hiding something much more dangerous.

The Moral of the Story?

My people, let’s shine our eyes and do the right thing. This is a serious warning from the Kano State Police Command. Don’t let your car turn to police property because of a simple number plate.

If your car is unregistered, go and register it. If you have a plate, display it proudly. No need to cover it for anybody. Don’t go and use your own money to buy “special breakfast” from the police.

Stay safe, be law-abiding, and let’s help the police make our roads and our state safer for everyone. No gree for wahala
