The Super Eagles camp in Antalya, Turkey burst into life on Tuesday evening, March 24, as 13 of the 23 invited players jetted in ahead of Nigeria’s international friendly matches against Iran and Jordan.
Under the watchful eye of head coach Éric Chelle, the three-time African champions are gearing up for what promises to be crucial preparation matches as they continue building towards future competitions. The squad has settled into the luxurious Bellis Deluxe Hotel, which will serve as their base during this international window.
Star-Studded Early Arrivals
Among the first batch of players to arrive were some of Nigeria’s most recognizable talents. Premier League stars Alex Iwobi and Frank Onyeka made the trip, alongside Serie A’s Bruno Onyemaechi, West Ham’s Semi Ajayi, and Nantes winger Moses Simon.
